Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Weleet Millet Pancake Mix-Mango Vanilla
- 1 egg (or substitute with milk, vegan milk, or flax seed egg for vegan option)
- Water (if using dry mix), as needed
- Optional toppings: honey, butter, fruits of your choice
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, measure out 1 cup of Weleet Mango Vanilla Millet Pancake Mix.
- If using egg, crack it into the bowl with the mix. If not, measure out the milk, vegan milk, or prepare the flax seed egg according to package instructions, and add it to the mix.
- Stir the ingredients together until they are well combined. If the batter seems too thick, you can gradually add water until you reach your desired consistency.
- Place a non-stick pan on the stove over medium heat. Allow it to warm up for a few minutes.
- Once the pan is heated, lightly grease it with a small amount of butter or oil to prevent sticking.
- Using a ladle or measuring cup, pour a portion of the batter onto the pan to form each pancake. You can adjust the size depending on your preference.
- Allow the pancakes to cook until bubbles start to form on the surface and the edges look set, typically around 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully flip the pancakes using a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Once the pancakes are cooked to your liking, transfer them to a plate.
- Serve them warm with your choice of toppings. Drizzle with honey, add a pat of butter, and garnish with fresh fruits like sliced mangoes or any other fruits you prefer.
